Patrick Lam is Lead Data Scientist at Thresher and a Visiting Fellow at the Harvard Institute for Quantitative Social Science. He received his Ph.D. in Political Science and Masters in Statistics from Harvard University in 2013. He has worked on problems involving machine learning and natural language processing. He currently maintains the core code for the Quickcode product at Thresher and is also Principal Investigator for various projects involving social media and machine learning.
